How do I connect my social accounts?
Head to your dashboard and select "Connect Platforms." You'll be prompted to log in to each platform and grant ZORP access. It's a one-time setup.
Can I edit the captions and content ZORP creates?
Always. ZORP creates everything as a starting point you fully control. Edit, rewrite, or replace anything before it gets scheduled.
How does the one-click video editing work?
Upload your raw video footage to ZORP and the editor handles the rest — trimming, pacing, formatting for the right platform. You review the output and approve it before it goes anywhere.
What if I want to post something ZORP didn't create?
You can add your own content to the calendar at any time. ZORP works alongside what you want to post, not instead of it.
Does ZORP post automatically, or do I have to approve everything first?
That's up to you. You can set ZORP to auto-publish approved content, or you can set it to require your sign-off before anything goes live. Either way works.
What happens if something posts incorrectly or fails to publish?
ZORP will notify you immediately if a post fails so you can repost manually or reschedule. Our support team is also available to help troubleshoot.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Go to Account Settings and select "Manage Subscription." You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from there at any time. No phone calls required.
I'm an agency. Can I manage client brands without them seeing each other?
Yes. Each brand on your account is completely separate. Clients won't see each other's content, strategy, or account information.
